Welcome to the?China International Petroleum & Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition?organized by Beijing Zhenwei Exhibition Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us").

To comprehensively document the event and provide an immersive experience, we will conduct?360° VR panoramic photography?and?conventional audiovisual recording?at the venue. Please be advised that your?likeness, voice, actions, and location data?may be fully captured during such recordings.

Under the aforementioned recording activities, we may use materials containing your likeness and/or voice may be utilized for?lawful promotional purposes?related to the event, including but not limited to online VR exhibition displays, promotional video production, news media coverage, social media campaigns and non-commercial case studies for industry exchanges.

The?scope of authorization?for such usage extends globally, with a term of?two (2) years?starting from the date of the material’s initial publication. Upon expiration of this term, we shall not proactively remove or delete any published promotional materials unless otherwise required by applicable laws or regulations.

Our Commitments:

1.All recorded materials will be used?solely for promotional purposes?related to this event and shall not be utilized for direct commercial purposes or any misleading purposes;

2.We will implement?strict technical measures?(e.g. encrypted storage, access control permissions) to safeguard your personal information, ensuring compliance with the?Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China?and other relevant regulations;

3.We will not license materials containing your likeness to third parties for unrelated purposes without your separate authorization.

4.Should you object to the use of your likeness, voice, or that of a minor under your guardianship, or dispute the scope or duration of authorization, please submit a?written objection?via the contact details below. We will adjust the recording scope or delete relevant materials in accordance with your request.
